Check in via key safe ( key safe code with be text to you prior to arrival) and key safe will be located in our external entrance hall. Please leave your keys in your door when you leave and we will sanitise them. We do not offer room service. There is currently wifi but we are working on it. Check out is 10am and check in is at 3pm but we do try to be as flexible as possible with check-in times.
Payment in full, free cancellation if cancelled 30 days before arrival minus admin fees. Guests will be charged the total price of the reservation if the booking is cancelled in the 30 days before arrival. Please contact Gail if you feel there are mitigating circumstances.
We currently if you would wear face coverings when entering and leaving the building and hand sanitise before entering. We have sanitising stations at the front of the building.
Before you set off...Make sure you have travel/holiday insurance. Make sure that you and all members of your party are fit and well enough to travel. Please do not travel if you or any member of your party:are experiencing any coronavirus symptoms ; are self-isolating as a result of coronavirus symptoms or sharing a household with somebody with symptoms ;are clinically extremely vulnerable and cannot shield during your journey; have been in contact with anyone who has the virus; have been advised by the NHS track and trace service that you should self-isolate. Make sure that all members of your party are from the same household. Unless you are in a 'bubble' you are not permitted to share accommodation with anyone who is not from your household and you maybe refused entry on arrival. Make sure you pack: face coverings - these are now mandatory aslo carry hand sanitiser, most accommodation providers will be removing non essential items such as books, games and dvds so you might want to bring your own entertainment! During your stay: Maintain social distancing at all times: Make sure you wash your hands frequently. Having your friends round to your holiday accommodation is not permitted, please be respectful of this.
