Ridgecote Holiday Beach Chalet (C34) Riviere Towans Phillack, St Ives, Cornwall TR27 5AT
Ridgecote is a lovely traditional 1930s wooden chalet, it is situated on the Riviere Towans site, there are other chalets, bungalows around but it is tucked away in a lovely location just a few minutes walk from the beach that stretches for 3 miles all the way to Godrevey. There are three bedrooms a single double and twin, all the rooms are small. Ridgecote has a maximum capacity of 5 people. The living room has french doors opening onto the dunes and there is a grassy area to the front where you can put a blanket and a paved area to the rear with table chairs and bbq facilities. There are eletric heaters in all rooms , there is a washing machine but no dishwasher. Shower no bath. Please note electricity is on a £1 coin meter . Ridgecote is a perfect location for a family holiday, surfing, swimming and relaxing with large open spaces for children to run and play. The chalet park is forty acres and there is a pub and shop within walking distance.

Hayle is situated on the opposite side of St Ives Bay and is famed for its three miles of golden sand. The beaches start at the mouth of the estuary which is an international site for bird watching. Hayle itself has shops, restaurants and amenities. Hayle also has a marvellous industrial heritage with many places of interest. Hayle is also home to Paradise Park an award winning bird sanctuary/theme park for all the family.
