Sea Campion is our top floor flat-let with panoramic sea views. There is an en-suite bedroom . The living room has a fully equipped kitchen area with a full size fridge, microwave and two ring induction hob, toaster and kettle, all you need for a short stay. There is a dining table for breakfast and evening meals where you can enjoy the magnificant sea views, sunsets and sunrises. There is also for two seater sofa, coffee table and tv's in the lounge and bedroom. 

Bell Heather is our first floor apartment with great sea views and spacious living area. There is an en-suite bedroom. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a full size fridge, microwave and two ring induction hob, toaster kettle. There is a table by the window with sea views perfect for breakfast and evening meals . There is a two seater sofa for relatxation and tv's in both the living room and bedroom.

Tree Mallow first floor apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size fridge, microwave and two ring induction hob, toaster & kettle. Small dining table for two. Two seater sofa and tv in both rooms. En-suite bedroom. 

Woodsage Our ground floor room has an en-suite shower with coffee/tea making facilities and TV's. 

Rooms are en-suite and individually styled with original artwork. . To the front of the building is a garden which you are welcome to enjoy or you can sit on our decking or seating in the garden itself. . 

Coast accommodation offers reasonable rates for short stays as well as longer breaks. We offer free off road parking so it is possible to leave your car for the day and walk into St Ives or get the bus from the bus stop close by or walk the coast path. Equally we are ideally located for day trips to other parts of Cornwall. 

We are set back from St Ives Road and within easy walking distance to St Ives and Carbis Bay beaches

On the ground floor of the building is home to the 'Bean Inn Vegetarian and Vegan kitchen' offering socially distanced evening dining, meal packs and take-aways.  

The rooms and dining rooms feature art work by Katrina Slack which range from mixed large media pieces made from ghost fishing gear to traditional Cornish landscapes. Art can be purchased during your stay.
