Coast is currently renting three holiday flat-lets and one ground floor room. The top floor flat-let Sea Campion consist of two seperate rooms occupying the space on the top foor . One en-suite bedroom and one kitchenette/ living room. The kitchen area has a fridge, cooker, microwave, two ringed induction hob, fully equipped for two. There is a table for two where you can breakfast enjoying panoramic sea views, small sofa, tv and single sofa. The two rooms occupy the top floor dorma so is seperated from the rest of the building. (Please note ceilings are low in the stairwell). We offer a free parking space with the flat-let and there is a bus stop outside.
We have two flats on the first floor. Bell Heather has lovely sea views, the en-suite bedroom has a window seat and sea views, the living room/kitchen area has a fridge, cooker , microwave, two ringed induction hob and if fully equipped for two. There is a table where you can breakfast enjoying sea views, there is also a sofa, coffee table and tv's in both rooms. The flat-let comes with free parking for one vehicle.
Our third flat is Tree Mallow situated to the rear of the house with no sea views. This flat has an en-suite bedroom and the livng room/ kitchen is fully equipped for two with sofa, dining table and chairs.
You can also walk to Carbis Bay, St Ives and surrounds. To the back of us is the Steeple Nature Reserve. We are situated on St Ives Road. We kindly ask that you currently use the hand sanitiser before entering the building and wear a mask until entering your own space. We are working very hard at Coast to create safe, free and versatile accommodation. We ask that you follow current government guidelines re coronavirus at all times.
Before you set off...Make sure you have travel/holiday insurance. Make sure that you and all members of your party are fit and well enough to travel. Please do not travel if you or any member of your party:are experiencing any coronavirus symptoms ; are self-isolating as a result of coronavirus symptoms or sharing a household with somebody with symptoms ;are clinically extremely vulnerable and cannot shield during your journey; have been in contact with anyone who has the virus; have been advised by the NHS track and trace service that you should self-isolateMake sure that all members of your party are from the same household. Unless you are in a 'bubble' you are not permitted to share accommodation with anyone who is not from your household and you maybe refused entry on arrival. Make sure you pack: face coverings - these are now mandatory aslo carry hand sanitiser, most accommodation providers will be removing non essential items such as books, games and dvds so you might want to bring your own entertainment! During your stay:Maintain social distancing at all times:Make sure you wash your hands frequently. Having your friends round to your holiday accommodation is not permitted, please be respectful of this.
